Refund Policy

Thank you for using AfterTheCall.
Paid subscriptions for AfterTheCall are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to those terms and this policy.
1. Refunds and Paddle
Refunds are provided at Paddle's sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, and may be refused. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
2. Consumer right to cancel (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have already started to download or use, or to products you have had the benefit of. For subscription services, the right to cancel applies following the initial subscription, not upon each automatic renewal.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same means of payment as the initial transaction.
3. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

To request a refund or cancel a subscription, contact Paddle via their payment support page, or contact us at support@afterthecall.com. Please include your account email and, if applicable, order or transaction details.
